On Black Friday I ordered from this company. I have continuously ordered from them in the past using the same address as in the past. My order never arrived, after researching it was sent to a different address which was then returned to USPS. I contacted Kiala and told them it was the wrong address. They turned it back around on me and made it my fault even though I have used the same address for a year. They refused to refund my money and/or give me the product. I told them this was fraud and theft. Whoever I was talking to was so rude and smart. Not professional at all. Kept putting smiling emojis in the emails, etc...they were absolutely refusing to refund or give me a product that I paid for because of their system error. I filed a complaint through PayPal which is where I always pay from online. At this point the product I had ordered was going to be returned back to them from the post office but again they weren't trying to fix the issue. Instead where just going to keep my money. Paypal luckily ruled in my favor and I got a refund. However, this company has very bad business ethics and practices..fraudulent and thieves. Tread carefully. Resolution Sought Really work on their customer service for one. I was appalled at the way I was talked to when I wasn't rude at all at first until whoever was on the other side of that screen got extremely unprofessional and rude. Have better business ethics and values....I would have been willing to just have the product rerouted to me or fixed.

I placed an order with KIALA Nutrition 1/7 for $44.89 and received it on 1/20. I ordered these "viral" greens that I've been seeing all over social media. On the day they were delivered I opened the container, it smelled rancid and putrid for it being "tropical splash" flavored but I gave it a chance- I didn't think it would taste amazing being that it is greens but I expected it to be decent at least with all this hype, ultimately having the benefits outweigh the "meh" taste. I made the greens drink like it said on the container and one sip.. single handedly the WORSE thing I've ever tasted, I couldn't even swallow it without gagging. I couldn't believe how this was viral with how bad this was. I've had greens from other places before and none of them came close to being this bad. I contacted the company immediately after, stating what I said above, and that I'd like to return it for a refund. At this time they refused and said they don't accept returns on open products, I referred to the refund policy on the website to see it does say they do not accept opened items. I asked if it could've been stored incorrectly or be expired despite all the "rave" reviews out there and there was no expiration date of any kind on the container. My email was ignored, I sent it again, still no response. I then sent it in another inquiry under the "contact us" tab, asking the same thing as well telling them to cancel the subscription/automatic refills. I didn't hear back from that inquiry Resolution Sought Return items and get a refund.
