Owner of K.I.C. Automotive has had my vehicle since August 26th 2022 in which through out time I have paid him 1,978 dollars to complete the transmission replacement. I brought my own transmission the first time and it didn't work so he in turn ordered another transmission I waited two weeks for that transmission to come and another two weeks after that for it to be installed into my car , finally a week later I get a text from him that says the transmission he ordered isn't working right and the place he got it from is sending another one and it was sent priority mail to be there to him come Saturday. Another week goes by still hear nothing about my car nothing about the transmission making it nothing. So I text him again and asked for a refund as I don't have anymore time to wait and I will go elsewhere with my business he then refused to refund the money and said he already did the work of installing the transmission which was another one that didn't work. I told him I have contacted an attorney and I'll either come get my car or he needs to bring it to me. He then started speaking badly about how many children I have and refused to do the work or cooperate with me about my car. Every week another excuse of why my car wasn't fixed yet. Now I can see he had all intention on collecting money and not getting my car back functioning. I've missed work my kids have missed school I don't have more money for another vehicle nor to pay for mine to be fixed. Resolution Sought Fix the vehicle with a running transmission or refund the money so that I can get it fixed elsewhere.
