I made two purchases through this company , one on January 11th and the other on January 12th. The order for January 12th has been received however the order from January 11th has not. On their end it shows the order was fulfilled but when I track my package it shows the order was never received. I have reached out to this company over 20 times via email, message on website and by phone and I haven't gotten a response. Resolution Sought I really wanted what I paid for but since I have not received any type of communication I would like a refund.
