Yes booked online to have a character come to my daughters birthday party, the company confirmed everything through text and email and never showed I'm to provide the service. When I call the mailbox is full and no one is answering phones or emails. Resolution Sought The business / website to be taken down so they can not keep doing this and my Monday back
