Kidshoo sent the wrong item. It must have been someone else's order completely as it was a blank inscribed for a granddaughter and I had ordered a kid's Halloween costume. I have sent several emails to customer service over the last month with no response. Resolution Sought Full refund

I placed an order and then I found out this company is based in China so I told them within 24 hours I wanted to cancel my order and for them to refund my money. They still have not refunded my money and this was 5 days ago. I sent them many messages and emails. They are a scam sight and are illegally holding onto my money. I paid via PayPal. My order number is KH202111051206945493. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded immediately.
