Company Response

Good morning, We haven't been able to contact the client and their account with us hasn't been active for a couple of years. We do however agree with his assessment that it was too windy to service that day and opted to suspend services in the area due to high winds. When our driver approached the neighborhood almost all of the carts were blown over along with trash on the ground so we did not attempt services that day. We did return the following day to service when the winds had subsided. We appreciate consumer's concern and agree that it was unsafe to proceed with collections. We will continue to stay vigilant when assessing services on windy days and ensure we will do what's best for the community as a whole when addressing issues that are reasonably within our control. We encourage consumer to reach out to us if he has any concerns going forward. Thank you, District Manager
