I placed an order online to a mistaken address and live chatted IMMEDIATELY to change my address. They stated they can not help me that I need to call UPS. I haven't even received an order confirmation or a shipping confirmation. These people are stealing my money and keep pushing me to sign up for UPS My Choice! Resolution Sought Refund me.
