To whom it may concern, I'm a relatively major user streaming service that the texting app kik uses. They unfortunately use Skrill for cash payouts. The cashout freeze began on September 4, 2024 and they have not yet given an estimate of how we will withdraw our money. The community of Kik streamers started a movement by sending emails to get answers, but the Kik keep only responds with automatic emails, communicating that they are doing everything they can to back to normal. Many people depend on the money that comes from the app to pay their bills and we all have no idea when we can get it!! It's not the first time this has happened. This is so disrespectful to our efforts, since the (MeetMe app) is also managed by the MeetMe group, everything is normal over there. I am a mother of 3 children and doing live is my only source of income. Can someone please help me and others streamers getting in touch with Kik management? I really don't know what to do at this point as the Kik support has absolved themselves of any responsibility as it's skrills responsibility in their eyes. As someone who has streamed on many apps for almost 6 years, it's sad. This never was an issue before. Basically, Kik refuses to payout. The whole thing is a scam and quite frustrating. Best regardless, Resolution Sought We in the Kik Live streaming community would like an immediate solution as there are people who haven't received their payments for over 3 months! People around the world have already contacted support email, chat, telephone, but the answers are always the same, they are all automatic. I suggest you settle with a virtual financial institution that transfers money all over the world, for example, Paypal, as there are people waiting for this money for months! It's not fair with us!
