When I first called to inquire about Kikoff lending, they told me that I can open this specific account alone account that will help build my credit. I opened it up. They took $20 a month from me and at the end of the term they were supposed to refund my $240 now I'm being told that it's nonrefundable because it's being reported to the credit bureau. I feel like I've been ripped off. This company is very misleading. I feel like they do this to get your money and they switch your account and tell you it's not refundable with the type of account that you have. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the $240 that I paid them.
