My sister and I went to this shop to get our navels pierced after some time our piercings rejected. We took closer looks at our piercings and noticed the piercing we paid for was not the one we received. They pierced our stomachs and when asked why they did this they said it was called a floating navel piercing. The piercer did not tell us he was giving us this type of piercing and with research I found that a floating navel is still not what the gave us as a floating navel refers to the type of jewelry they put in not the location change. They also never offered us the jewelry to begin with. Their front desk person Matt told me they get this a lot with people coming back scared and they still get charged for a new piercing. Had the piercer communicated to us what he planned to do we probably would've reconsidered as a stomach piercing is more often than not going to reject. The owner Anita refused to take accountability and apologized and said due to time she could not help us even tho the healing process of a piercing does take time they wasted ours with no problem and I've come to this shop for 4 years it's very disheartening to know they have piercers uneducated on what they are doing and as a result me and my sister are scarred. Resolution Sought I would like my money back or the piercing we paid for !
