Failure to pick up my trash on day of pick up. Five weeks in a row. No answer when I call for customer service. Trash left out on street from 3-5 days waiting for pick up. They robo call me and tell me to bring my trash back in and then put back out. Resolution Sought Pick up trash on time every week.

Thank you for this information. Like others in our industry, we continue to struggle during what has become a nationwide driver shortage. It has been extremely difficult to hire the drivers required to collect the exceptionally large volumes of waste, recycling and yard waste. Kimble regrets the delay in service. I am being charged quarterly for a service. My service was skipped and not rendered for three weeks in a row and the company refuses to give me a credit for services not rendered. They claim they don't owe me a credit due to weather conditions which is absurd. Resolution Sought Issue me a credit for services not rendered.

Our apologies that you are experiencing weather issues. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather situations that are currently happening. Once the roads are clear and safe for the truck to access your location they will service you. Credits are not given for service related issues due to weather. as we will be collecting the trash that you have accumulated.
