It's a constant struggle with this company showing up to pick up thrash . Tuesday is a pick up day and in 7 weeks that has not happened if it happens at all . Call after call and not willing to address problem and states they can not refund my account so I can transfer to another service . Has completely missed this week and will not do a credit .Just states will get next week .. this is what I always hear. Very frustrating having garbage lay out and animals constantly tearing into and only option I get is leave garbage out and they will get tomorrow. Which goes on till Friday and still no show .. Resolution Sought Refund my service that I am prepaid for till March so I can move on . Or please straighten service out to where this headache doesn't have to be .

Failure to pick up my trash on day of pick up. Five weeks in a row. No answer when I call for customer service. Trash left out on street from 3-5 days waiting for pick up. They robo call me and tell me to bring my trash back in and then put back out. Resolution Sought Pick up trash on time every week.

It has been extremely difficult to hire the drivers required to collect the exceptionally large volumes of waste, recycling and yard waste. Kimble regrets the delay in service.
