On May 11 21 I called the company due to receiving a credit bill from them I spoke to a woman about the credit and she explained they picked up the propane tanks and and it was a credit of 98.47 and then she informed me after a charge of 90.00+ dollars my credit was 6.00+ I then asked her who authorized the tank pickup she said a woman called and said to pick them up but she said she didn't see a name so I asked to speak to manager and she said they were busy shed have them return my call the next day I called a gain and said I hadn't heard from a manger and she told me again she wished she could take the penalty off of that 90.00+ so she said she would have a manger call me and again no phone call back so the next day I called again they connected me to a manger the manager comes on the phone yelling saying were not putting the tanks back I tryed to tell her I didn't want them back this woman would not let me speak she said those tanks were not used in a year that was there legal right I said that account was paid in full she then said they received two calls from a woman telling them to remove tanks I don't know who called but it was not me I finally told her your not letting me talk she was rude and condescending she then said she was gonna hang up I wasn't getting money back and someone called and I guess it didn't matter who called I never received any notice from them no bills no nothing yet someone had the tank pulled yet didn't wanna discuss there mistake Resolution Sought I wanna know why they pulled the tank without my permission and who they allowed to make that discussion they received a call on 4/16/21 and removed the tank after that call I received the notice and that was dated 4/22/21 why should I pay for non use without notification or owing a balance and why she was so rude and didn't let me explain why I was calling I wanna know who called and said to take the tanks out
