I ask for receipts and they always say that there machine is down that they can't give me a receipts

I want to file a complaint on this store it's kim's mart the store address is 1327 east livingstone Ave Columbus Ohio 43205 I go in an bye Marlboro light cigarettes and they tried to tell me that it's 10.50 a pack they charge 2litters 3.00 the cans of Monsters are 350. when this is not right and if my child goes down there they really over changers him I just don't understand how they can keep over charge and I have reported them many of times but nothing has happened and my husband has went there now has fell in the store because they fool is wet to and I have also fell in the store to they don't have no mats down where you won't fall in the store when it's raining out side.
