Online it says that their experienced artist with draw a picture of my pet . so i ordered a portrait of my pet and sent them a pic . that was 4/11/2021. Finally on 4/18/2021 they sent me an email saying the proof was ready. I thought and was waiting for a portrait to come in theail. They sent through email this digital pic that was absolutely the ugliest and worst pic I could ever imagine and i told them that I didnr want it . it wasn't what o ordered and I was not happy with the misconception they portrayed on the website. They told me no exceptions all refunds must be within 12 hours of the order. They didn't even send me anything until the 18th . I had emailed them at least 5 times from the 12th to the 18th to no avail. They refuse to refund me my money. I have called them and left messages because voicemail answers every time and the dont call me back. Now I tried to call today and the phone number is disconnected. So i emailed them a minimum of 15 times ..nothing. I found another phone number and I have called and called and they dont call me back. Their customer service is horrible and I do not want this digital download that I was under the impression was a portrait. I can do my own digital download for free . i want my money back Resolution Sought Just pay me my money back
