I used kinex to host a website for my business and the site was not secure and the domain was hacked. I kept the monthly payment up to date by paying in advance. I tried to contact them about my issue and did not get it resolved. They said that they would check into it and I have not heard from them since. This last communication was in the first week of May 2024. Resolution Sought I would like for them to reimburse me for the price of purchasing my domain back, which is $7280 as of today, 5.28.24.
