Car has been in the shop over 8 times. Rear end went out today. I would like to have something done. I bought a vehicle expecting it to be reliable and I've pd more out of pocket to have repairs done than if I had bought a piece of junk from a junk yard. I feel like I have been sold a lemon. Resolution Sought Either car to be paid off or give me a Replacement Vehicle. This is ridiculous!!

Company states; I called Mrs. Springstead to check on the status. The rear-end has been replaced under the service protect contract that was purchased. All other issues were taken care of by the dealer. The only out of pocket expense that was found was $100.00 deductible on the rear-end repair. Mrs. Springstead can bring her vehicle in to sale or trade at the dealership. The value would depend on the market at that time. Sincerely, King Coal Premium Pre Owned

Consumer states; I will never deal with King Cole or it's affiliates again. The comment about me only paying 100 dollars out of pocket is a lie and I told the gentleman that called me that. I have receipts for all worked performed on the vehicle. It's well up in the thousands. However, since the company refuses to believe anything but what the garage at King Cole has to say, I believe I will be contacting a lawyer. This has been a very bad experience. This vehicle was supposed to be reliable and it has not and for the price I paid. I should not have had to put this much money into it already. Thank you.
