I had to replace the return air ducts in my house because of collapsed slab. They're installer did the job on May 25th. After 2 days we had sand and dirt pouring out of our heat vents in the ceiling. We did report this to Kings heating, and they sent out a technician which he found the problem, took a picture on his tablet and showed us. And reported it to the office. Against recommendations from their technician, they sent out two employees to clean my ductwork. My duck work is the tubular style ductwork and he said it could easily tear it up. After they cleaned it and took a picture, they showed me it was not clean. They then sent out another installer who claimed to be their number one installer. He did see the problem but informed me they had no pictures. My wife as my witness to all of this, did see them. I was told by two other employees after describing the installer, he was a helper and should have not done the job. I have Kings heating several times and they have not replied to me yet. They have obviously not considered my problem or their warranty. My wife has breathing issues and sees a lung doctor and uses two inhalers daily. Kings was told this but has no concern. I want my ductwork replaced in my attic immediately or I am prepared to hire a lawyer and take this further then need be. Thank you Resolution Sought I want my ductwork replaced in my attic immediately. Their men said it could not be cleaned.
