I purchased a vehicle was told a purchase price of 17,000 and within two days of signing the paperwork stated 20,000. In which the manager told me that the finance company asked for $4000 deposit. Through my finance department, I was told by the manager that it was a complete lie. They never asked me to put down any extra money when I informed King Motors of what I found out I was at that point harassed assassinated. My character screamed upon curse that door slammed in my face, and told that I am weird and that I seem like I work for the police. The vehicle needed servicing that was approved upon picking up the vehicle. I was told I won't be able to get it until I pay an extra $1000 so as I argue back-and-forth about that, the finance manager stated you won't get your tags and tittle then until you pay me. I called my finance company immediately who confirmed they never asked me to pay more money that, that was a lie. Now, I have a $20,000 bill that initially was to be 17 and I was to put down $3000 deposit. They took my $3000 and gave me a bill for 20,000 to pay monthly then continue to harass me to bring them another thousand dollars. I want to file a complaint and a lawsuit against King Motors and finance manager Martina. Who threatened me. With violence and threaten to have my vehicle repo through a company that they work with I was told. There is much more to this story than what I have room to write. Resolution Sought My desired outcome for the situation would be to protect others from the sharks that are there to Persuade you lie to you and Inconvenience hard-working customers.

I wanted to bring to your attention some important information regarding the recent complaint # 99022857 involving the sale of a vehicle to a customer. I have gathered substantial evidence to refute the claims made by the customer. Firstly, I possess signed documents, including the Bill of Sale, that clearly demonstrate the customer's understanding of the price of the vehicle. These documents serve as tangible proof of her acknowledgement. Additionally, I have a signed receipt indicating her agreement to return $1000 upon picking up the vehicle. This further supports the fact that she was aware of the payment terms. Furthermore, I have video footage capturing the customer and her daughter entering the dealership after hours, both wearing masks, and engaging in a heated altercation. This incident occurred while I was alone in the dealership, providing further context to the situation. Lastly, I have obtained two separate police report numbers related to the incidents involving the customer. The first report details the events when she returned wearing the same outfit but with a hospital mask on her face. The second report pertains to her subsequent visit the following day. I believe this evidence is crucial in disproving the customer's false claims.
