They put something in the computer so I would have to only buy a vehicle from them

While trying to get a used vehicle, the credit department made me aware that Kingdom Chevrolet put something in the computer so I would have to only buy a vehicle from them, that's wrong and unethical. Can you please do something about it? I'm sure I'm not the only one they've done this to.

Service and sales

Bought a defective Cadillac Escalade hybrid, had the engine and hybrid battery replaced and still have the same ongoing problem!!!! Brought the vehicle back and was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle, when I came to pick it up the same existing problem happened before I could drive off the lot with my vehicle!!! I was told they would call me, I have already paid for the diagnosis and wasn’t refunded or given a ride home!!! I don’t know what to do because I purchased the vehicle from them and they were the only people who ever worked on it! I’m honestly lost for words!!!!
