Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I received a truck from them 10-21-23 a 2011 Chevy equinox and after 4 days the truck started messing up. I told them to give me my money back or another truck . They told me that they couldn't do either . So they looked at the truck and said I needed a Cadillac converter. They act like they was fixing it tCadillac converter. They act like they was fixing it for six hours and they wasn't. Me my mom and my boyfriend waited until they finished with it. It was running ok for a few days then the check engine light came back on . Took it back again because now my window on the driver side was going up real slow and the truck was jerking. So I took it back and they said they couldn't find what was wrong with it. I left so now as of 12-20-23 the truck stop working. I had it towed to the dealership and they said it the timing Chan. So I'm telling them that it's on my warranty . Now they saying they need to do a deep diagnostic test for 1300 and they need 600 to start. So now they have it and can keep it. I'm not paying nothing for that truck and I just got it. I called the bank and a lemon lawyer. Now I don't have a way to work and might lose my job. Resolution Sought Close
