I have been with this gym for quite some time, few weeks ago, I had an issue with the bank acct that is linked for payment for the gym. The payments are bi-weekly. The initial 20.60 payment was returned, hence a 37.00 charge to the bank acct. I have tried before it was to go through to update my bank information in which I got locked out of acct. After the second charge to the bank acct, I called to see why I was locked out and to update over the phone, in which I couldn't do because the owner was on vacation. Now, presently today February 23rd 2024, I was initially supposed to have a $20.60 charge to my updated acct. and it was charged $55.53. I can see time stamped transactions… I called into the gym once more and the rep Gretchen said that she swiped my card number at 2:30 in the morning and it declined. There is no notification on my phone and bank statement that there was ever a swipe. So my conclusion is there is fraudulent activity with bank information with this company. I want to have no further contact with the company as well. Resolution Sought I want my overdraft fees from the facility to be refunded and I want no further transactions with the company
