I purchased a bed in 2021 from this company, the bed was used a guest bed and had never been slept in. I discovered last October that the side railing "wood" on the bed was cracked. I called the consumer and the lady Beth assured me that they could fix this issue with no problem. As of today 7/11/23 I have been getting the run around. Beth called me on 06/30/23 and told me the part was in and I could come on 7/1. I showed and no body was there to assist me, they told me that they don't even have record of me having a part and they don't know what Beth was talking about. Her supervisor TJ also has played me a few times. Resolution Sought Replace the bed piece, now it has caused the wood planks to break as well so to replace those to.
