I ordered a wallet from King loot my husban.d didn't like it it was never used . I have pictures of both the front and back of the wallet. I sent the wallet back and they received the wallet and canceled the refund . Weeks later when I didn't hear anything I contacted them to be told it was scratched never notifies me never sent the w wallet back and no refund. The wallet was never used Resolution Sought I want a refund
