We ordered 2 item from this business. A hat and a pair of sneakers. We received the hat but not the sneakers, instead they sent a dress jacket. So we sent the dress jacket back on November 19, 2023. And it was delivered to them on November 30, 2023. We called them on December 19, 2023 and they said that the jacket was not received but I have the tracking number and it was absolutely delivered. I asked them how long it takes to get a refund and they said 7 to 10 business days, which it has been way over that time limit. I have a feeling they are doing this and I will not receive my refund. It has been ample time. And trying to speak to the customer service people there is very hard because they all have very thick accents. When I called they just kept repeating themselves and giving me the run around. Can you please investigate this business. I know something is wrong. Thank you. Resolution Sought All I want is my refund for the item I never received. That's all! They have had more than enough time to send my refund!!!
