We have been without air-conditioning for over a week. We have received continuous guarantees and promises that this will be resolved and it is not. I have continued to lie about contributions of their efforts. I've spent over 1,000$ this week on hotels. They left my dog in 101 degree temps in my house she could've died. Resolution Sought Make them reimbursed
