We got three new windows installed about three years ago two windows down stairs and one window upstairs they took the wrong window out upstairs and broke its screen and everything and. That was a perfect good window put the old window that was getting replaced over in the window that had a good window now don't want to stand good to replace it we have been after them every day about replacing the window he is retiring the end of July I think he should have some one replace the window or pay us for a new window. Resolution Sought Replace the window or give us the money so we can get a new window installed.
