I asked them to cease and desist. They sent me an ib after that when i disputed it with the credit bureaus initially since it was a larger amount they said the saxophone was never turned in. Which was turned in they lost the saxophone research came back they charged for repo when i offered to work with them. Research kept coming back i never turned in the saxophone when I did. They pass this to agency to agency when they seen i was contacting them they said it will remain on my credit. Resolution Sought To only charge for the actual charges. Put back to the original creditor so i can pay what i initially owed. The instrument wasn't delivered until almost a month after ordering it. Since they had so many deceivers they need to adjust that as they said they would. I asked them to correct that so i can pay, i landed up with covid and mom passed in April
