I purchased a vehicle on may 11th from Kirk auto they told me come back on that Thursday may 13th for oil change an a tank of gas we had seen the cover guard underneath the truck coming down on it. On the 13th so they couldn't change the oil so I had to take it to AA muffler in Cleveland ms on Fri for a oil change an put the guard up well they did that an told me I had a oil leak which causes the cover guard to drop so I took it to Vince's in Cleveland ms on the 18th if may they kelp it to the 26th of may we took a trip on the 27th till the 1st of June to Texas the whole time the car acting up like the rpm was up n down the gas Hand was not working saying engine default all kinds of stuff not wanting to crank at times called the dealership they told us try make it home wit the truck we did they took it in the 2nd of June to be fixed at Vince's in Cleveland ms again for this problem well on June 11th they decide to send my vehicle to greenwood to the first dealership there with out me knowing when I called on Monday to see my progress on my truck that's when they told me it was in greenwood well I call back today to see what's going on they tell me they done with me an the vehicle it's on us they not helping us no more go get the truck ourselves an do what we want to it won't give a loaner till ours it done or anything now we have no clue what to do it's under a 24000 mile warranty Resolution Sought Help fix my car right or give us our money back or a new ride
