I received a summons from this company for a credit card debt of $1010.84 . I have not been contacted by the credit company nor was i ever informed that they handed over my credit to this company. Upon googling the internet i learned that a lot of people have been scammed by them and their reviews are poor. I called them and they want my bank account number and routing number which i did not give. I am willing to settle for a less amount but i don't trust these people. Please help me. Resolution Sought Settle issue for a lesser amount because that credit card was only $300. Pay them in a legal way where i get a receipt and documentation that this matter is closed.
