I paid over 7,000.00 for custom made wood cabinets my cabinets came boxed from china Resolution Sought Charge me for the quality of the cabinets I got since most of them have been installed and not lie to customers that they was made in their factory in New York. I could of place that order on line with Amazon or wayfair they did the measure but even that does cover the amount I paid

I walked you through the warehouse and showed you custom work that was being done to MANY of the cabinets in our shop. Your cabinets our custom painted not directly from china in a box that you order straight from a factory. You passed through the warehouse yourself , seen custom painted cabinets like your kitchen, and approved of everything. I do not know who's fault that is now.

Consumer states; Please be advise that complaint at the kitchen factory has been resolved the owner gave me a personal tour I saw firsthand the work in progress please resolve this case and give Kitchenfactory 5 stars and my thanks to you for providing such prompt attention to my business matter.
