I purchased the car in less than a month the engine blew. They fix that problem after 29 days I had the car back 5 days and it was another problem my car stopped on me now. He won't give me my money or another car and he won't tell me what's going on with my car. He still has position of my car I'm paying monthly for it the pay off is $9,000. Resolution Sought Give me a different car or my money back so I can purchase a new one.

Ms. Lee purchased the vehicle at our carlot on 4/19/2022. Ms. Lee also signed an "AS IS WARRANTY" on the day she purchased the vehicle. We are not required to work on or repair any vehicles that are purchased from our car lot. Ms. Lee contacted us because her car was not running properly and asked if we could get her vehicle in the shop and get it looked at and running correctly. We took the car to Normans to get a motor replaced. Normans had the vehicle for about a month. Ms. Lee picked the vehicle up on June the 28th 2022. Ms. Lee contacted us about a week later and said that the vehicle was still giving her problems and she was broke down, we told her that she could get the vehicle to us or we could get the vehicle towed to the car lot and have it looked at again. Once the vehicle was here we then took to the vehicle to Parks Motor sales and they replaced the ECM and programmed also putting a new throttle body on the vehicle. She called our other car lot in Mount Pleasant threating us with getting an attorney she came in the car lot yelling and being irate with everyone here. Her father came in and had to calm her down. Prior to Ms. Lee picking her vehicle up we also credited her account with a $200.00 payment for the 1st month that we had the vehicle here to get repaired. Ms.Lee came and picked up her vehicle on the 14th of July 2022.
