KL Concrete and Construction LLC complaints

I called Kris (the owner) to come and give me a estimate on a concrete drive that would attache to my garage. I also had it all laid out exactly like I wanted. i painted a outline of what i wanted with offsets. I had a line painted where i wanted the swell to be for the water to be directed to the driveway to the road. It was supposed to be 13 foot off set from the existing concrete with a 2 percent fall to the 13 foot swell line for drainage. I also told him i wanted each end to match existing driveway which his concrete person raised up each end 3 to 4 inches which he got upset cause i told them they was gonna have to bring some base from the back of my property because that is why i told all of them i wanted it matched at each end because i had a base driveway with millings on top of it now i have base mixed with dirt for my driveway to track mud into my garage because they didn't do what i asked. Also me and my wife shoveled all the millings that was in the area where the concrete was going to be poured in piles and asked Kyle ( the son) and the guy on the skid loader if he would mind scooping it up and showed them where i wanted it so i could use it later on and they both said no problem well the guy on the skid loader started scattering it everywhere knocking out all my paint marks and offsets where the concrete was supposed to be so i stopped him and told him i put those lines and offsets there for a reason. bottom line the water goes into my garage not to swell ND Resolution Sought well i need more area to explain if you want the whole story on the bad job. i called Kris&Kyle several times to come look at iteven tried to get him to come while it was raining so he could see how the water was going up and into the garage but he keeps making exuses. I want the flat areas cut out and the 2 percent fall to the swell which is at 12'not 13'. would like the water to flow inthe swell all the way from 1end to the other not go where it wants to mid ways. I put my trust in this guy.
