Met the owner at a car show said he was able to do custom exhaust work I bought the parts. He installed them and the exhaust wasn't right. He made up an excuse that the parts I bought were wrong. So I said I will reach out to the company I bought the parts through. They were going to exchange them. That's when he said it was because of the work they did on the truck wasn't correct. I took the car and the exhaust was not right. My friend I went to his home he jacked up my car within 10 minutes he was able to fix the problem they could not do. I stopped in today to let them know that they are not accustomed exhaust shop and they did not do a good job. I am out of my mind of how much they charge me for a bad job. Resolution Sought I would like half my money back. $800.

Company states; As you can see on the invoice provided (upon request) he had other work done besides the exhaust. I am willing to negociate a reasonable refund. As we thought 10 minutes $800.07 a little bit extreme.

I brought him aftermarket parts which I do agree. Because of his technician I'm assuming took him a little longer to put it together. And put the cost on me if I would have just went to a custom shop in the first place. They really seem like nice people. Which sucks. And as I stated went back to have him adjust the exhaust which never happened. Which they did fix my electrical problem which is a good thing but never reach out to me to let me know which I would have had them do it either way. But I had a friend of mine which knows the owner of this business. He jacked my car up on his driveway and within 10 minutes fixed the oddness of the angles of my exhaust. Which they did not do after having my car for about 5 days. I don't wish them any ill will pisses me off that they lied. the owner, about the parts I bought and then changed his story when I was going to get a refund on the parts I bought. I actually trusted him didn't last long. Just give me the money that you're inexperienced technician couldn't do what that said he could do. Again he was a great young man but it cost me money for his inexperience.
