This management company has shown discrimination toward my disability because they can't see it. They jerked me around for 5 months for an emotional support animal, didn't answer the phone or return messages or emails. When they finally did they lied, blatantly. Clearly not expecting me to check the information they were feeding me. They said the doctor hadn't returned the paperwork they sent out. The doctors office sent photo and faxed stamped proof they received it, filled it out and faxed it back, in December (this was March). I confronted them with the lie they told and suddenly my application was approved. Now they are accusing me of not picking up my dogs poop, complete lie. I pick up every turd I find on property from my dog or not so I can't be blamed. They say someone saw me. Complete lie. I am always with my dog, she is always on a leash and I always have two rolls of poop bags attached to the leash. I am the only resident that does this. They have no proof and are simply leaving a violation on my lease. This is not ok. It will negatively impact my family's future rental ability. They're not only lieing to and about me they have left voucher residents without working appliances for months and the grounds are trashed. Our low income neighborhood is being treated horribly because apparently we're not people that matter. Their behavior and treatment of this community is inhumane and unacceptable. Resolution Sought I would like the lease violation removed from my rental history. A formal apology in writing to myself and every tenant for their complete and utter incompetence and neglect and that residents are innocent until proven guilty, otherwise anyone can accuse anyone or anything with no proof. They should also pay a fine for my mental distress and threat on my housing and support animal.
