First time customer, many more visits to come.

Just bought a used Mini off a private seller, took the vehicle in to fix a coolant leak and I was also provided with a full vehicle report with what looks good and what needs attention. This information is very important to me and I didn't know the car's history. Dion was able to get me set up, I'll definitely be coming back for all future maintenance. Thank you!

They put my family in danger! I cannot stress the significance of the damage this repair shop did to my family. Dispicable!

This shop did significant damage to our lives. (I am referring to the Sacramento Kniesels.) This is a looong story but I'll keep it short. About 6 Months ago my husband took our 1995 Dodge ram diesel truck into the Sacramento can you supposed to have a few things done on it that my husband himself didn't have the time to do. We were about to move so our time was limited. We did research on where to take our vehicle, & found Kniesels Auto Service Center in Sacramento. We then contacted the shop and set an appointment for our vehicle to be towed in due to the tire being damaged. (FYI; NEVER have your vehicle towed tow shop unless you have thoroughly read your rights as a consumer and the laws.) My husband thoroughly discussed EACH service We were requesting w/it's shops service writer. We had also written down all the questions & services on a piece paper & stuck it in the front seat for his reference. We were told that we would have our truck back in 4 days. We had requested 7 (relatively simple) repairs/services & were told that we would receive an ESTIMATE PRIOR to any such work being done... THIS IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED.
• after the first day or 2 our vehicle had been there, we started getting worried since the service writer (Jason) was Repeatedly dodging our calls. We hadn't been given an estimate ,nor had any idea what was going on
• day 6 we called & were once again told that we would need to speak w/Jason & that the employee (Matt) "didn't know what was going on" I told Matt to have Jason call me IMMEDIATELY cause jason had sent me an email Which was SUPPOSED to contain an ESTIMATE, however there was NOTHING attached. It was just a blank email, (which was very stressful!)Matt then tells me "oh, Ithink the estimate is like$4600" I WAS STUNNED! I Told Matt that they "didn't have permission to proceedE! Period!' & that Jason needed to call me ASAP!
• After that I called Jason's cell phone. He rejected my call. Jason then text me back & said; (quote) "hey bud can I call you later? And "MATT just called me, said u need the bill lowered, the bills not final yet" I texted Jason back & said that he needed to call me back NOW & that the email he sent, didn't have an attached estimate! Jason said he would resend it right then, (It took him over 24 hours)
• The estimate was for $4600. I call Jason asking HOW the F* is this estimate so much$? 'I don't want any of this s*** done take it all off.' Jason responded it's "ALREADY DONE bro.I said "what so am I'm I just stuck w/ this now or what?., what happens if I don't pay?"
• Jason responds saying; "then we'll put a lien on it."
• told him that he needs to save ALL my old PARTS.

All - in - All ONLY 2 of my 7 requested services were done. It took them3 days to provide me w/my 'old parts' which turned out not weren't even my old parts. They lied about breaks. Breaks actually failed due to contamination in Master Cylinder (after fluid xchange) charged for unauthorized repairs-yet didnt even do them
