I'm a home owner of Vista Court condo's. I have asked the property manager via email Grayson Harper of Knight Property to supply me with Vista Court HOA's Homeowner insurance declaration page and the Blanket insurance policy HOA carriers on the property. He emailed me a general ledger requesting that I have the 3rd party email him to better assist. The property manager is trying to act as he does not know about the information being requested. I have informed the manager this information is needed for a personal business matter. I do not feel comfortable with the HOA board or the property manager knowing any of my personal business due to their past history of deceit, sharing tenants and home owners personal information in the neighborhood and unprofessional behavior. I refuse to allow the 3rd party to email the request due to a fear of confidentiality being jeopardized. As a home owner I should be granted the information without any problems. Resolution Sought I would like to receive via email Vista Court Homeowner insurance declaration page of the policy and the Blanket insurance policy HOA carriers on the property.

Knight Property Group, LLC provides property management services for HOAs. The Board hires us and we do as they advise. Certain requests from owners that go above and beyond normal financials require "good faith reason and proper purpose". Many Boards do not hand out insurance information to homeowners directly because of past misuse. In this situation, this homeowner requested that Gray Harper send this paperwork to her lender with Allegacy Federal. The paperwork was sent and receipt given by Stacey Francis with Allegacy Federal on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022. Hopefully this clears up any confusion. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
