My wife and I are staying at the Knotty Pines Motel. We paid until the 12th of January, but we realized we are leaving on the 5th. I asked for the refund for the week we will not be here, but the owner refused. This is borderline theft. He told his office manager that there are no refunds and no exceptions. From where I sit, the owner is scamming his customers out of money for the time they are not receiving the service. Witch is under Chapter 7 (62-7-107) of the Tennessee Law placed to the owners responsible to refund service not given. Resolution Sought I would like the owner to refund the money for services not given. My wife and I have a limited time due to job reassignment.
