I went to all my classes and turned in all my required documents I did my clinicals to my had us come to the nursing home called Autumn Lake Healthcare we trained for required time our teacher and us signed the hour form. The owner Frank Okigbo turned all the paperwork in to the board of nursing. They told him that nursing home wasn't approved yet but had us going there so now he had the receptionist tell us there looking for a teacher. I havent heard anything about anything and I had to call up there to see what's going on with my certificate. It's been almost a year nothing he's not giving money back nothing. Resolution Sought Very shady Certificate or refund
