I purchased a 2018 Coyote Mustang with an extended warranty The car was 100 total loss due to water damage, with this , I went to Knox Ford cancelled the remaining warranty approximately August 5th,2023.The manager Nick and Johnathan in Finance will not clarify where the check is ,and said the check of $1300. was issued out over 10 days ago. They continue to say they are looking into the problem but have not called back regarding this issue. Resolution Sought Pay me my refund money of $1300.

Company's letter states: We wrote Mr. Presly a check on 09.25.23 in the amount of $1,412.74 for his warranty cancellation. He cashed the check on 09.27.23. I have attached a print out from bank showing what day it was posted.
