Was Amazed By This Credit Union!

I am a member of "Truist" Bank, formally BB&T Banking and I went to the Knoxville TVA Credit Union located in Maryville, Tn. to start a new account there. I was greeted by "Emily" their accounts representative and I have to say that I have never been so professionally greeted, information was entered which I might add had "no" mistakes unlike the Truist bank. It was so easy to set up the App, the username, password and received my Debit card on the spot! Now, this is real banking. I will be dropping Truist bank in Maryville like a bad habit as these folks there are terrible. They don't tell you that you get free checking (checkbooks) you have to ask? All in all, Emily showed me what real banking and what a credit union is all about. My hats off to Emily and TVA Credit Union.
