My complaint is with Kohler Awning of Buffalo ny. Last year in the fall I hired them to take my canvas awning down which they have done for over 35 years. the people they have working for them tore it up and then they refused to help me with my problem and so much more to say Resolution Sought I just want to be treated fairly. They refuse to help me.
