I ordered a tablet from kohl's. com I received the tablet on 2/5/2026 and found out that kohl's has sent me a different used tablet.I called kohl's.com and was told to return the package back into the store for a full refund.On 2/6/2026 I returned the tablet and box into the Timonium store ,I explained to the manager that I sent a used damaged tablet from kohl's. com she said ok and took box and scanned it and said I will receive a refund in 2 business days and gave me a VALID REFUND RECEIPT, I HAVE THE REFUND RECEIPT THE STORE GAVE ME. Resolution Sought Refund the money back to my account,the amount thats stated on my refund receipt $169.59

We apologize for our customer's store return experience at our Timonium, MA Kohl's location with not receiving the refund for the tablet returned from the order to the store. Upon review of the received complaint, we noticed the customer did not include a copy of the February 6, 2026 return receipt reflecting the refund of $169.59 issued as credit for the return of the tablet. We can look into the matter further if the customer provides us with the copy of the return receipt.

I went in to Kohl's and Chula Vista on Main. I believe I returned a carpet, shampooer. This was the beginning of the year is February don't remember the date of 2025 and I received a gift card of 145 with $.61. Case I needed something for my kids for school because I didn't have the receipt I didn't. It said that I didn't have no expiration date so I just kept it the receipt they get old and faded. I tried to use it when my son went back to school this was in August 2025 and when I try to make a purchase of two pairs of 501s it said they didn't have no funds at all. They wouldn't help me in the store in the same store that I did the return they suggested me to call the customer service I did that they told me that I had to wait because they were gonna investigate if the car was used or not now waited three months didn't receive anything in mail. Didn't receive an email. Didn't receive a call back. I called back now. It's been three months. I did the same thing. Nothing now it December 18 just called and they told me that they were gonna call me back. Hopefully, they call me in 13 minutes if they said. Resolution Sought I would like for calls to refund me or re-issue me that gift card and I want to charge them for withheld because they withheld that money from me
