Returned 1 item almost 4 weeks ago, following week returned another item. I have not received my refund for either item. I have now called twice in 9 days (allowing at least 7 days) and have been told they had to resubmit. Also that it would take another 7 to 14 days to receive. Resolution Sought Would like my refund taken care of. Needless to say will not shop there anymore

We regret to learn our customer has not received the credits for the two items that were returned to Kohl's. Upon a complete review of the customer's order 6613352241, we confirmed credits have been issued for the items returned. A credit of $34.60 was issued for the return completed of the Vibes Men's Fleece Cargo Sweatpants Relaxed Fit Bungee Cord Open Bottom at our Yonkers, NY Kohl's on December 31, 2024 and a $20.56 credit was issued for the return completed at the same store referenced above on January 9, 2025 for the return of the Buxton Dakota Credit Card Billfold Leather Wallet. These credits were issued back towards the Visa ending in 1295. Please be aware it can take an average of seven to ten business days for a credit issued for a store return to reflect on a customer's account. While most credits appear within this time-frame, some can reflect sooner or later. All financial institutions have a set of guidelines on how they process and post credits back to a customer’s account when they receive them from retailers like Kohl’s. Therefore, we are unable to honor the customer's request for a refund as Kohl's has issued the credits for the items returned to the store. If the customer does not reflect the above referenced credits Kohl's issued for the returns completed, we recommend the customer partner with the financial institution that obtained the Visa from regarding them.

I recently purchased set of dishes from Kohls online. When they were having a good sale on Nov 17. It was going to be a Xmas gift for my daughter and husband It was a 10pc Fiesta ware set. When I started to wrap I realized the bowls in ea set were a different style. So I returned each set to the Kohls store. They gave me credit for ea set and then went home and purchased the correct set online. Each set was priced at 39.00 full price and they gave me a refund of 22.50 when I returned them in store. The correct sets were priced 39.00 and that what I was billed. They could not give me a price adjustment I was told because they are not the same product or do an even exchange. I will pay the bill and cancelling my Kohls charge Resolution Sought Want an adjustment of 84.00 on my bill

We have reviewed our customer's concerns with Kohl’s not honoring the price adjustment request for the dish sets. Our Kohl’s Customer Service Team reviewed the request directly with the customer on December 24, 2024. The customer was educated accordingly regarding Kohl’s Price Adjustment Policy; “We cannot process a price adjustment for a promotion code that was not valid when an online order was placed. Upon review of the original Order 6598667662, placed November 17, 2024, for the Fiesta Classic 3-pc. Dinnerware Sets, the customer redeemed several Kohl’s Promotional Coupons; $10 off Home Goods, Mystery 40 Off of qualifying merchandise, and $5 in Kohl’s Cash. The above mentioned promotional coupons were not valid when the customer placed Order 6615334358 for the Fiesta Bistro 3-pc. Dinnerware Sets on December 18, 2024. Therefore, we are unable to honor the customer’s request for the $84 adjustment as no Kohl’s error occurred.
