I was given a Carsavers lifetime warranty for driverstrain and transmission for the time the car is in my possession. I purchased the car January 2021, 2017 Nissan was shown the car at night as I really needed a car to get to and from work. I did not know to check mileage ect as this was my first time purchasing a car alone. The car drove fine. the next day I took car back in question of mileage as I thought 85000 was to much. They gave me the warranty. 2 or 3 years later I am on way to work couldn't drive out of parking lot. I immediately had car towed to a autoshop for repair. They called me back stating they did the diagnostic it was the transmission. I called Carsavers they told me to send copy of my our changes before they would honor warranty. I did that, then I told them where the car was at a shop, they told me to have the mechanic call them for authorization. The mechanic called them, he was told to give them a estimate. He called them back with estimate they told him they would call him back. They called him stating the car had to go to Criswell Nissan, Germantown MD., He called me telling me what they said. I called Criswell Nissan the Service Manager had never heard of Carsavers. Told me I could send my car there it would not be seen until following week and I would have to pay $220.00 for diagnostics. I already had diagnostic done by the other mechanic at $95.00. My insurance was going to charge me $157.00. Need results. Resolution Sought I would like the Carsavers or Koons Automotive of Woodbridge, Va to honor the warranty and fix car or pay the autoshop where car is to repair car.

I purchased a 2014 VW TIGUAN from Koons automotive, after I paid it off, I went to trade it but the carfax showed that the car has structural damage and no one would take it. The dealership never discloses the problem to me after I asked while conducting business if the car has any issues, the salesperson assured me that the car is fine. Resolution Sought I would like for the dealership to take the car back, pay me a fair amount or trade it in.
