I believe KOONS FORD is just letting my vehicle sit and is not working on it. My vehicle arrived at KOONS Ford April 16. Endurance warranty relieve claimed on 17th of April.. It was approved. PARTS were sent last Thursday. I have not been home to Albany NY to my job since April 15, 2024. Everyday day KOONS FORD says the next day. I am out of money food shelter and almost employment because KOONS ford has not fisex my car. I feel now that they are going g to mess my car up and fix it wrong and make me lose my job because they just keep telling me the car will be ready the next day. I do not know what to do. I called a lawyer but they say I have no case. I need my vehicle fix properly NOW. Resolution Sought My car has been in the shop for 15 days
