My jeep had a broken sun visor when I bought it and the dealership refused to fix it. It also has a warranty that covers electrical issues and my car battery died from a clear electrical issue and they said the diagnostic can only discover the problem once the batter is replace and they wanted to charge me $900 to replace the battery! I asked if they ran a diagnostic after I was replaced and determined it was an electrical issue if they would replace the $185 diagnostic and they said "no". Makes absolutely no sense and is totally wrong. Resolution Sought Stand by the car they sold me with the warranty and fox the problem without trying to charge me.
