I purchased a couch that was 1650.. I was giving three options to pay off. Not once was I told about having 90 days to pay off or about them Trippling how much I had to pay. (My method was $75 weekly.) all in all I was robbed and mislead this company rips people off o chose to finance because it was easier for me but when I saw that I was way past my payment and still paying they were rude and didn't explain to me about the lease agreement still and offer a discount if I pay it off earlier. I paid it off earlier and a man said I don't get a discount for finishing the payment before the pay off date. Resolution Sought Refund for the extra payments.

I applied for a account with the company name tire agent and got approved for with the finance company name kornerstone credit on October 29,2023 which was a Sunday and as I was finishing up the contract I got the last page and it had the wrong address on it so I stop to call them to ask them to correct my address they was close on a Sunday so I called them on Monday October 30, 2023 to change the address and the representative told me that I didn't have to re-apply again because I was already approved for an account and she sent me my account number but on Tuesday October 31, 2023 they told me that I had to re-apply because they lost my paperwork and that is not right for me to start all over again they did not try to check to see how to get my information but download the contract and they came it expired after two days something is wrong with this company computer system so please help get me a resolution Resolution Sought I want them to acknowledge the mistake that they have made and let me re sign my contract with the right information on there and apologize letter for loosing my account that I was approved for the first time applying on October 29, 2023.
