I recently bought my car of Kountry Motors in Berea Kentucky. I've had it for two months. They've not took anything to the County Clerk's office of Madison County, Kentucky so I can receive a title. We've discussed this and he keeps telling me he has took it there but he has not. I spoke with the County Clerk and she said I could take it to Circuit Court. That's going to cost $350.00 and I won't get a refund. I think he should pay for the court cost. Resolution Sought To issue a title for my car and pay the court cost.
