I purchased Pre-Order NFL 9 set Funko Pop × 2 in Oct. 2021. Waited 6 months for delivery of merchandise. Came on 4/25/2]22. Did not receive the 2 sets of 9 Funko Pop as promised. I only received 8 players × 2(16 players in total). Missing: #165 Josh Jacobs. Kraken's Collections wants to send me the 2 missing funko pop. I ordered it as a 9 piece set! Not an 8 and they'll send the missing 2 funko pop in 2-4 weeks, which I have to wait AGAIN! Don't make sense. They are an online business, they don't have a direct number as I tried asking thru via emails corresponding back n forth since 4/26/2022. I sent photos as they requested what was deliveredto me.. Resolution Sought Refund my money back in full + shipping n handling charges b/cuz I live in Hawaii. I don't want to be charged a 15 fee b/cuz I canceled. I never canceled, I followed procedures.
