Kremer Plumbing & Pool Services complaints

Caleb came out from Kremer plumbing to address sewage back up into my basement after a hard rain. It was not raining hard at the time of service; however, he recommend I have the main clean out pipe to the septic system augured. I asked him if it rained and if the back up occurred once again even after him auguring would they guarantee coming back out to address the issue. Caleb stated, "Yes, just give us a call back and we will come out." Kremer Plumbing has a 12 month warranty on every service ensuring 100 percent satisfaction. A few days later and after a night of hard rain my basement flooded with sewage once again. I immediately called Jason Kremer the owner at 7:35 am on April 18th and left a voicemail stating my basement was flooded again and asking for a return call ASAP to address the issue. No return call, I called at 8:54 am and 10:43 am with no return calls or answer. I called Calab who stated, "I will call my dad and have him call you immediately." I never received a call. My situation was neglected, they did not complete the job with 100 satisfaction, and I was left to find another plumber to diagnose/fix the issue. I cancelled the check for $300.00 due to incomplete services provided. Jason called me today and demanded I pay for the service and an additional 50.00 for cancelled check. Jason would not address why he never returned my phone calls and kept stating, "You need to pay for the service provided." He then hung up the phone on me. Resolution Sought I would like Kremer Plumbing to expunge the fee. I do not feel I should pay the fee when the service was not completed and or at 100 percent satisfaction as guaranteed. They neglected the job and my phone calls, and did not own up to what they advertise on their website. I was left to find another plumber in an emergency and had to pay thousands of dollars for a complete repair which should have been identified the first time. Jason has threatened to send this to collections if I do not pay him.
