At 11:37 pm on July 6th. I entered the store added $36 worth of pa lottery tickets. Transaction went thru charged my bank card and then froze after it froze the machine shut down and restarted but never gave the tickets I paid for. This business has cameras and also a report that the machine prints. They said my card was never charged but I verified the charge with my bank and indeed I was charged. I filed a dispute with my bank. Also calling pa lottery Monday morning and also called State Police to file report. The business is refusing to return my money that they indeed receive. I have my emails from bank and also my text messages from bank with completed transactions. Resolution Sought I want my $36 refunded to me.

Customer used a CashApp card and teh amount would have been returned to her Cashapp account the next business day. The report from our lottery machine dos not she her transaction. I also spoke with a lottery representative and he agreed that the transaction was not captured and that she should get her $36 back through Cashapp.

Also spoke with pa lottery in Harrisburg they DID show a $36 purchase at said store. PA lottery called back and said refund would be 5-10days. Received refund from lottery on 17th. Not from cash app from PA LOTTERY.

I was told by Pa Lottery that this was THEIR responsibility and that customer SHOULD contact them. She’s blaming our store and it wasn’t US. She was very rude to me, her and her husband screaming on the phone as I was trying to explain. They kept saying “you owe us $36, you’re ripping us off”. I told them, call the lottery! Obviously, they got their money back from lottery.
